All stock is subject to strict Quality Control checks before shipping and always despatched in A1 Perfect condition. All consignments are shipped fully insured against damage or loss in transit.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to deliver most of our priority consignments.

We may also use other carriers if necessary to provide customers with the best service. Our shipping charges vary by order weight and value and will be shown during checkout proceedure.

Some common order status messages you may receive are listed below :
Processing - Your order has been received and subject to payment method will be passed to the Warehouse for packing shortly.
Warehouse - Packing - Your order has been passed to our Warehouse staff for packing and will be despatched soon.
Shipped - Consignment has been despatched from our Warehouse. Relevant Delivery and Tracking information will also be included in this order status update. You can track deliveries at the websites below after we have despatched your consignment.
Parcelforce consignment Tracking or Royal Mail consignment Tracking Awaiting Payment - You have chosen to pay by cheque or bank transfer and we are awaiting receipt of your payment before we can ship your order.
Delivered - This message will appear when our carrier confirms your order has been delivered. If your order has not been delivered and you receive this message please contact us immediately regarding non-delivery.
Lead Time 3-7 days - We are awaiting delivery from the manufacturer for some of the products you have ordered. Your order may take an extra few days before reaching the Warehouse - Packing stage of the order process. If only part of your order is affected we may ship the rest of your order sooner.
